Someone asked me today about getting a bus to Efteling. The 137 bus apparently disappeared a while ago, and now the 136 doesn’t seem to be there anymore. One of the biggest nightmares we have when trying to update the site, is the information on transport. It is usually like finding a needle in a haystack, and when we do find it, it makes no sense! So, if you have any information on the bus services, please do let us know!
We found this on the Veolia site, but the information doesn’t include what time the buses stop running and such.
To summarize, always check before you travel! Also, the number 300 bus from Tilburg seems to be the safest option at the moment. 🙂
We took the 300 to and from s-Hertogenbosch in March. I looked at the schedule at both s-Hertogenbosch and at Efteling, and it seemed to run every day, all day from both locations. We also saw the 136 pull into the train station at the same time as the 300, but decided to take the 300 instead since it actually said “Efteling” on the sign on the bus.
Thank you! We weren’t too sure, but first hand info is better than the sites.
When we went in January, we found the following website by far the most user friendly for planning the journey, as it covers all forms of ground transportation: http://9292.nl/en
Ah, that is great, thanks! We’ll put it on the page.
